What we collect

When you send the estimate form we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, project type, your notes, any photos you attach, the page you sent it from and basic technical data (date/time, browser type, IP address for spam prevention).

How we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare an estimate and do the work you hire us for. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.

Calls and texts

If you call or text us we see your number and message. We use it to reply about your project. If call tracking or call recording is added later, describe it here.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages lead to calls or estimate requests. It uses cookies. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Photos you send

Photos are used to estimate your project. We won’t post them publicly without your permission.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep estimate requests for up to 3 years. To have yours deleted, email Daniel@cranberrycarpentry.com or call (724) 875-4892.
